Patricia I. Hubbard, 61, passed away on February 17, 2013. She was born on May 10, 1951 in Jacksonville, FL to Peggy Joyce McFarland Wilkinson and Thomas Cotchaleovitch. During her working years, she was an accountant, tax and title clerk at Coggin-Nissan at the Avenues. Patricia was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Jacksonville. She also was a Stake Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Relief Society President, Primary President, Chorister, Young Women’s President, and Cub Scout Leader. Patricia I. Hubbard, 61, passed away on February 17, 2013. She was born on May 10, 1951 in Jacksonville, FL to Peggy Joyce McFarland Wilkinson and Thomas Cotchaleovitch. During her working years, she was an accountant, tax and title clerk at Coggin-Nissan at the Avenues. Patricia was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Jacksonville. She also was a Stake Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Relief Society President, Primary President, Chorister, Young Women’s President, and Cub Scout Leader. Patricia was a devoted mother, sister, and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

 

She is survived by her son, Kevin Hubbard of Jacksonville, FL; daughter Peggy (Carl) Chism of Robeline, LA; daughter, Janice (Alan) Whitehouse of Jacksonville, FL; brothers, Thomas (Jean) Cotchaleovitch of Jacksonville, FL, John (Robin) Cotchaleovitch of Apopka, FL, Joseph (Marta) Wuertenberg of Layfette, LA; sisters, Brenda (Bob) Higbee of Kingman, AZ and Kathy (Don) Johnson of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Steven Chism, Chelsie Bordelon, Johnathon Chism and Hunter Whitehouse; ten nephews; and two nieces and one great-grandchild due in May. She is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Willie and Minnie McFarland.

 

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday, February 22nd in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, February 23rd in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 11951 Old St. Augustine Rd, Jacksonville FL 32258. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville FL 32205.
